"still trying to get it to work right, bandwith cracked???"

I am concerned what the troubleshooter prog meant when it said that my bandwith has been cracked. I thought I would try this prog out, and am still trying to get the display so it shows all english, but so far I haven't had much luck with it. I managed t oget some of it in english, but the show listings are all chinese.
